Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee teller activities in the branch lobby and drive-up locations and supervise five or more tellers.
  • •Provide client account services by processing deposits, loan and mortgage payments, credit card payments, escrow payments, cash advances, check cashing, and foreign currency transactions.
  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Collaborate with senior-level management on staffing decisions including selection, placement, performance, development, promotion, and termination.
