Deliver field service for combustion systems and equipment by evaluating, testing, and performing maintenance and preventative maintenance at customer sites. Keep accurate service documentation and records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Work remotely from the Cleveland, Ohio area with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

•After Honeywell training, perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
•Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
•Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
•Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
•3+ years of technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or software systems relevant to Honeywell products; PLC knowledge is a plus.
•3+ years of experience inspecting complex technical equipment.
•Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally.
