Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for health and safety queries at ASOS offices.
  • •Lead implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 45001:2018 management system.
  • •Plan and deliver the internal audit programme across office locations.
  • •Conduct workplace, events and fashion shoot risk assessments and provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to stakeholders.
  • •Own incident reporting and investigation, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions, and maintain emergency procedures and preparedness.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
  • •Experience producing and reviewing policies, procedures and guidance for ISO 45001:2018 management systems.
  • •Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
  • •Knowledge of ergonomics and reasonable adjustments, including support for new/expectant mothers.
  • •NEBOSH qualification (diploma preferred) and IOSH membership.
