Head of Emergency Response

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the Music City Loop Emergency Response Team (ERT) for The Boring Company. Build a high‑impact program with policy development, training curricula aligned to OSHA/NFPA/TFACA standards, equipment procurement, and integrated drills. Lead a world‑class team, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Operations Control Center to ensure rapid, compliant emergency responses in tunnel environments.
