Ensure search and evaluation content meets TikTok community guidelines by performing daily quality inspections, audits, and escalation handling. Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily quality inspection, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalation handling for evaluation projects.
•Work with stakeholders to track guideline updates and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
•Conduct daily audits on an internal system, perform error analysis, and share findings with R&D and Product stakeholders.
•Monitor evaluator quality scores and run root cause analysis with the management team.
•Localize guidelines, design training schedules, deliver training to new joiners, and support product knowledge tests and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
•Fluency in Italian is required; fluent English is also required.
•Experience working with search engines and social media platforms, including search-relevant business experience.
