Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while meeting personal and store sales goals. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain service standards.
