Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted counter sales advisor to plumbing and HVAC contractor customers. Use product knowledge to recommend solutions, engage customers via counter/phone/email, and drive sales through upsell and cross-sell. Help customers find parts using catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases, process transactions accurately, and manage special orders, back-orders, and delivery follow-up—while maintaining an organized, safety-focused workspace.
