Key Responsibilities

•Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation, often on ambiguous problems with little prescription.
•Execute analyses on short timelines to generate rapid answers while also creating scalable, long-term solutions for Intelligence Systems.
•Project manage across many stakeholders, coordinating meetings and communications to drive toward a solution.
•Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and more to keep operations aligned.
•Set up structures and processes that enable the Division to scale personnel and facilities while ensuring peak efficiency and impact.

Key Requirements

•Active U.S. Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret clearance.
•8+ years of experience in management consulting, internal operations, or business operations.
•Project management experience including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
•Self-driven and relentlessly proactive with a bias toward action.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership.
