Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a sizable team of software engineers, setting expectations, accountability, and career growth.
  • •Translate Security Core AI strategy into roadmaps, staffing plans, priorities, and release-aligned execution.
  • •Deliver shared Agentic SOC AI capabilities end to end, from requirements and architecture through integration, adoption, and improvement.
  • •Partner with security-domain teams to convert SOC, SIEM, detection, incident, investigation, and response needs into scalable engineering outcomes.
  • •Oversee delivery across cloud, on-premises, sovereign cloud, and air-gapped environments, including residency, connectivity, deployment, upgrades, and resource constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s +10 years experience, or Master’s +7 years, or PhD +3 years—all related to the role.
  • •4+ years of technical leadership or management experience in a software engineering or SOC environment.
  • •Experience delivering and maintaining software in public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or on-premises or air-gapped environments.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale distributed systems, AI platforms, or data-intensive services.
  • •Experience partnering to translate SOC, SIEM, detection, incident, investigation, and response needs into engineering outcomes.
