Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze manufacturing, quality, operational, and product development data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop dashboards and reports for real-time performance monitoring using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • •Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance by defining and managing data structures and data models.
  • •Support PMO and transformation initiatives with analytics for project performance, KPI monitoring, KPI/ROI tracking, and standardized reporting frameworks.
  • •Apply statistical methods and basic ML for forecasting and optimization, prepare/validate datasets for AI/automation, and support building a scalable data ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Data Science, AI, Applied Math, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Strong data analysis skills including SQL and Python, plus dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • •Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes, including database structures.
  • •Experience analyzing manufacturing or operations data and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks, Fabric) and exposure to AI/ML or predictive analytics use cases.
