Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead vendor negotiations across multiple spend categories, including pricing, discounts, payment terms, ramps, and renewal protections.
  • •Run competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), build bid comparisons, and document outcomes and realized savings.
  • •Own purchase requests through the intake-to-pay process, coordinating Legal, Security, IT, and Finance and escalating when items get stuck.
  • •Manage supplier onboarding and maintain clean, auditable transaction records including approvals and executed agreements.
  • •Analyze purchasing and spend data to surface savings and consolidation opportunities, and support renewal forecasts and budget planning.
