Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct and document chemical, physical, and organoleptic testing of raw materials and finished products per approved methods/SOPs.
  • •Ensure testing accuracy, meet defined timelines, and complete proper documentation and reporting.
  • •Identify non-conformances, support investigations, and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Perform internal calibration checks, routine verification of laboratory instruments, sanitation & hygiene testing, and maintain lab equipment and tools.
  • •Inspect and receive raw and packaging materials, maintain traceability of retained/shelf-life samples, and sample products according to the sampling plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related).
  • •2–3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance / laboratory testing experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems including HACCP, ISO standards, GLP, and GMP.
  • •Experience conducting chemical, physical, and basic microbiological analyses using standard methods and SOPs.
  • •Proficiency with laboratory equipment calibration, routine maintenance, and documentation, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office and computerized data systems.
