Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a digital and automation-first mindset within the AP team.
  • •Lead end-to-end automation projects from business case to deployment and post-implementation optimization.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate vendor invoice processing per SLA.
  • •Analyze, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies using appropriate internal and external resources.
  • •Perform month-end closing tasks including reconciliations, aging analysis, clearing suspense accounts, and journal posting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • •More than 10 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a large multinational organization.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading or implementing AP automation/digital transformation projects.
  • •Hands-on exposure to RPA tools, AI/OCR solutions, or workflow automation platforms.
  • •Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and OpenText; advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
