Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze revenue, profitability, and operational performance with cross-functional teams to provide management insights.
  • •Coordinate investment planning across business areas and ensure planning data is accurately reflected in relevant systems.
  • •Evaluate business cases, costs, profitability, and risks to help shape new services from the early stages of development.
  • •Monitor financial performance of services with international stakeholders, investigate deviations, and define measures to improve results.
  • •Develop and continuously enhance financial models, profitability analyses, pricing calculations, and reporting supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • •Several years of experience in controlling to translate complex relationships into actionable recommendations.
  • •Strong analytical skills with confidence working with financial data to identify trends and explain complex topics clearly.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP and reporting systems.
  • •Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both German and English.
