Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, onboard, and offboard design resources in coordination with department leadership to support project execution.
  • •Lead data center due diligence and design projects from start to finish, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire protection, ensuring budget/schedule adherence.
  • •Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans, including peer review, quality checks, and basis of design/localization processes.
  • •Detect, track, and resolve scope changes, errors, and inconsistencies; oversee preparation of project administration documents.
  • •Host client/stakeholder meetings and manage/change communications; manage and grow the data center design team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, plus 8 years of relevant design and/or project management experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Proven leadership in data center and mission-critical trade organizations.
  • •Excellent communication in Spanish and English (written/oral).
  • •8 years of colocation and/or hyper-scale data center design management & engineering.
  • •Ability to work in dynamic, time-sensitive situations with minimal oversight.
