Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, aggregate, quality control, and deliver descriptive metadata and artwork assets for TV titles licensed from NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution.
  • •Source information from official systems, standardize data, and populate an internal database.
  • •Coordinate with Sales Administration, Account Management, Master Data, Materials Servicing, and other teams to fulfill licensing deals.
  • •Commission synopsis translations in multiple languages from vendors and track progress against deadlines.
  • •Proofread and export metadata for delivery (XLS, CSV, XML, or other formats), and investigate technical packaging issues, QC tickets, and rejections.
