  • •Act as a conduit between business and technology, supporting business partners and technology domains
  • •Support and when required lead the lifecycle for designated products, aligning delivery plans to objectives and strategic outcomes

  • •Work with stakeholders to improve processes and systems and support delivery of new features, enhancements, and initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in business or systems analysis, product, IT support, or related disciplines
  • •Degree qualified, or equivalent industry/technical experience and qualifications
  • •Proven experience operating in IT delivery environments from concept to BAU
  • •Basic to expert understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, and continuous improvement
  • •Comfort with data sets to deduce accurate insights, plus security/risk/vulnerability management practices and penetration testing experience
