Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across workstreams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and scope.
  • •Build and maintain integrated project planning (milestones, critical path) with delivery tracking and corrective actions for slippage.
  • •Own and manage RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including mitigation, escalation, and governance cadence.
  • •Oversee implementation phases through requirements/fit-gap, configuration, SIT/UAT, training, cutover, and hypercare; manage go-live readiness decisions.
  • •Serve as main stakeholder and SI/vendor point of contact, tracking budget/forecasts/burn rate and producing executive status reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of project/programme management experience delivering enterprise ERP solutions.
  • •Delivered 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (ideally multi-module programmes).
  • •Proven project planning, milestone tracking, and delivery governance skills.
  • •Hands-on experience managing RAID, dependencies, actions, and escalations.
  • •Experience managing SI partners and multi-vendor delivery with senior stakeholder communication.
