Compensation & Benefits Advisor

Support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across the U.S. workforce within the People team, reporting to the Total Rewards Manager. Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and incentive program administration, while ensuring benefits programs and related compliance activities (including ERISA and ACA) run smoothly. Partner with HR and business leaders, manage reporting and governance, and help coordinate select international programs.
