Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and lead PDE engineers and technicians, reporting to the Engineering Branch Manager.
  • •Analyze production yield issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with Business Units to characterize, qualify, and release new products to production with a smooth design-to-manufacturing transition.
  • •Handle daily production support needs, including low yield disposition and process troubleshooting.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement using production data and statistical tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •6 years of experience in Product Engineering at the Device/Wafer Level.
  • •Strong technical background in process/test and device physics.
  • •Strong data analysis skills, including experience with AI systems for data analysis.
  • •1 year of leadership/management experience driving projects to successful conclusion.
