Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver US payroll solutions with strong knowledge of US payroll and experience with ADP Global View and EV5.
  • •Analyze payroll data, interpret business requirements, and recommend effective scalable solutions.
  • •Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications, design documents, and implementation artifacts.
  • •Provide production support and post-implementation support during deployments and system enhancements.
  • •Lead implementation activities including go-live planning, E2E/regression/UAT testing, disaster recovery planning, and vendor coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of US payroll operational experience using ADP Global View (mandatory) and EV5 (preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of US payroll processing methodology, payroll data, system integrations, and implementation best practices.
  • •Familiarity with US payroll concepts including taxation, garnishments, 401(k), FSA, FLSA, W-2, and related statutory reporting.
  • •Ability to interpret business requirements, analyze complex issues, and recommend scalable solutions aligned to organizational objectives.
  • •Experience preparing functional/technical specifications and leading projects in a structured, project-managed environment.
