Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage workload and provide guidance for multiple CIE teams to ensure compliance with engineering design and drafting standards, manufacturing needs, and quality support.
  • •Oversee the ECO process and continuously improve it to ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and requirements.
  • •Lead maintenance and enhancements to the Customer Order Engineering systems (MI Systems Team) for the LVMCC product line, including automation systems.
  • •Manage multiple large engineering/design projects (e.g., cost out, new design, product improvement, part obsolescence and substitution) through completion with minimal supervision.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in CIE performance, establish training needs, and lead resolution of quality issues related to CIE (internal and external).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • •5+ years of combined experience in mechanical design, sheet metal design, 3D CAD modeling, and assembly or installation.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Master’s degree (preferred).
  • •Experience managing others and familiarity with interfacing with internal customers/departments (preferred).
