Evaluate and inspect user-generated content for compliance with TikTok community guidelines, using daily operational QA processes like quality checks, queue assignment, escalations, and internal audits. Partner with stakeholders to track guideline updates, analyze errors and evaluator quality scores, and perform root-cause analysis. Monitor project data and reporting outputs, localize guidelines, train new joiners, and help set up product knowledge tests to improve team understanding.

•Perform daily quality inspections, optimize guidelines and processes, manage queue assignment, and handle escalations for evaluation projects.
•Review content (images, video, text, and related everyday-life content) to ensure it complies with community guidelines.
•Conduct daily internal audits, perform error analysis, and provide feedback to stakeholders and product/R&D teams.
•Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root cause analysis with management, and analyze project data and daily output.
•Localize guidelines, design and coordinate training schedules for go-live, deliver training to new joiners, and set up product knowledge tests with result analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
•Fluency in Portuguese and fluent in English to communicate with Portuguese markets and work in English.
•Work experience in search engines and social media platforms, including relevant search business experience.
•Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, including guideline/implementation feedback.
•Experience in analysis and communication skills with flexibility.
