Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a high-performing creative team across the US, Australia, and Manila, creating conditions for safe risk-taking and growth.
  • •Lead creative direction for Canva’s US advertising and content, overseeing integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, OOH, and performance channels.
  • •Develop and maintain creative standards, toolkits, and frameworks; facilitate creative reviews and provide hands-on guidance.
  • •Create always-on creative capabilities that enable rapid testing, iteration, and optimization at scale, embedding insights and data into creative work.
  • •Manage US creative resourcing across in-house teams, agencies, and specialist partners, collaborating cross-functionally to translate business goals into creative strategies.
