Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR business partner support for assigned clients within Operations Servicing.
  • •Partner with leaders to deliver strategy and execution across staffing/retention, succession, talent development, employee relations, resource planning, compensation/benefits, and performance management.
  • •Develop and implement engagement plans aligned to culture, values, and Way of Working.
  • •Manage change within the function, hub, and organization and proactively build trust with stakeholders and employees.
  • •Lead initiatives/projects as assigned, including capability development for leadership and people management effectiveness.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of increasing HR Generalist experience in Human Resources.
  • •5+ years of project management/strategic partnering experience.
  • •Experience supporting multiple executive/senior level clients across exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • •Demonstrated coaching strength, employee relations, and conflict resolution experience.
