Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases. Support store operations with daily tasks like cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining service standards.
