Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute integrated customer campaigns that drive product adoption, expansion, and engagement across lifecycle touchpoints.
  • •Lead near-term campaigns focused on Demandbase AI adoption, building audience strategies, messaging, offers, and customer journeys.
  • •Build land-and-expand programs to engage new business units, child accounts, buying groups, and stakeholders beyond the existing footprint.
  • •Create and manage triggered lifecycle programs by mapping the customer journey and partnering cross-functionally to deliver moments like onboarding, activation, renewal preparation, expansion, and re-engagement.
  • •Own scaled customer communications strategy and execution using tools such as Marketo, ChurnZero, and Pendo, including segmentation frameworks and audience governance.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, integrated campaigns, CRM marketing, or related experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • •Proven experience building integrated campaigns tied to measurable outcomes like product adoption, expansion, engagement, or retention.
  • •Experience developing account-based or expansion campaigns in enterprise accounts engaging multiple personas, buying groups, or business units (Demandbase One is a plus).
  • •Hands-on experience with Marketo (or similar marketing automation), including segmentation, targeting, database management, and campaign operations (ChurnZero and Pendo are a plus).
  • •Strong editorial judgment and cross-functional leadership to independently bring structure, strategy, and momentum to multi-team programs.
