Training Coordinator 2 - Full Time

Coordinate and deliver employee training across functional areas at a distribution center, including planning sessions, facilitating required training, and supporting new hire orientation. Maintain training trackers and records of completion, develop and schedule an annual training calendar, and lead MHE training and recertification with safety trainings. Evaluate trainers and training effectiveness through audits, identify improvement opportunities from operational changes, and support training needs across departments.
