Key Responsibilities

  • •Process ACH transactions, large on-us and unusual items, stop payments, deposit items (including ATM, mobile, and remote deposit capture), check claims, fraud alerts involving wires/ACH/debit cards, and wire transfers.
  • •Perform assigned transactions with higher limits and, when needed, approve or verify transactions within Operational Transactional Signing Authority.
  • •Cross-train and support other teams’ functions.
  • •Assist Branch Banking, Business Banking, Private Banking, Call Center, and Loan Servicing with customer service issues and back-office procedures related to shared branch deposits, product documentation, and database corrections/maintenance.
  • •Support audit standards, respond to inquiries/emails, and participate in special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience or training in central operations, deposit operations, or branch operations.
  • •Business or financial industry-related education via in-house training, formal schooling, or financial curricula.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of ECCHO and NACHA rules, plus regulations applicable to credit cards and the Credit CARD Act.
  • •Compliance knowledge and responsibility for state and federal regulations including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, AML requirements, and RFPA.
  • •Basic knowledge of Fiserv, Premier Navigator, and WireXchange; intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
