Key Responsibilities

  • •Define reliability flows and qualification criteria, evaluate requests/criteria from internal and external customers, and modify QA priorities based on needs.
  • •Oversee area workflow and priorities; ensure area performance to plan; determine equipment needs, analyze resource utilization, and coordinate with other departments on new hardware.
  • •Manage and develop the team by coaching, identifying strengths, creating development plans, setting goals, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • •Provide quality/reliability manager approvals including sign-offs/modifications to quality requests and MRB sign-offs.
  • •Support engineers with engineering/verify support and training, act as backup for on-call QA operations, and escalate significant quality/reliability risks.
