Key Responsibilities

•Lead the accounting operations to ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reports and compliance with RA standards and tax legislation.
•Safeguard financial integrity and coordinate with other department managers as a point of contact.
•Oversee payroll calculations and tax declarations, ensuring timely submissions to authorities.
•Maintain internal controls across accounting processes and support audits and reporting needs.
•Provide reports and support to the Director of Finance and other managers to assist operational decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Maintain the general ledger and accounting records in accordance with RA accounting standards
•Manage and maintain the ArmSoft accounting system for accurate data entry and reporting
•Calculate employee payroll monthly in line with the Labor Code of RA and prepare tax reports
•Ensure compliance with RA tax legislation and coordinate with Tax Authorities during inspections
•Knowledge of the Electronic Reporting System of the State Revenue Committee, including e-invoicing
