Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, audit, or a related role in banking/financial services/fintech or another regulated environment.
  • •Good working knowledge of SAMA regulatory requirements and applicable Saudi financial services regulations.
  • •Experience conducting compliance monitoring, regulatory research, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
  • •Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, standards, and controls.
