•Manage sales growth aligned to company objectives and achieve new product initiative sales and market share targets.
•Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and broaden the product base.
•Oversee credit management metrics including debtor days, bad debts, collection accuracy, and cash sales performance.
•Manage depot/channel execution, inventory, distributor/dealer appointment, and control stock movement and related claims.
•Guide territory managers, review campaign/weekly reports, maintain farmer/village/dealer database, and prepare short- and long-term regional plans.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture; MBA in Marketing preferred.
•10–12 years of sales management experience in the agrochemical industry, including 10 years in leadership.
•Proven track record of sales growth and financial performance, with experience in individual/team development.
•Demonstrated experience building long-lasting customer relationships with growers and distributors.
•Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills in English.
