Accounts Receivable and Collections Representative

Maintain accurate accounts receivable for Esri customers within the Accounts Receivable team. Apply payments, reconcile accounts, resolve differences, and maintain statements for assigned customers. Contact customers by phone and written correspondence, complete credit reviews, and manage customer account maintenance. Recommend credit limits, credit holds, and release orders in a fast-paced, collaborative onsite environment in Redlands, CA.
