Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the VP’s calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings, including deciding meeting attendance and coverage.
  • •Own meeting planning and logistics, including agendas, location, meeting technology (WebEx, TP), and post-meeting action items.
  • •Support correspondence and approvals as authorized, acting as a proxy, resolving issues within policies, and ensuring accurate follow-through.
  • •Handle in-depth global travel arrangements, optimizing itineraries and managing Cisco expenses and related upgrades.
  • •Lead and support onsite event execution and provide analytical support for special projects, including research, reporting, and program logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in an administrative environment, including at least 2 years supporting a principal at the director level or above.
  • •Expert knowledge of Windows desktop applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience managing calendars, planning meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • •Onsite in the Austin office 2–3 days per week.
