•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and tailored recommendations to drive sales.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency and ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling (preferred).
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays).
