Job Summary

Senior FP&A professional responsible for consolidating Australia’s financial performance, leading end-to-end month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for Australia and APAC. Driving process standardization, leveraging AI for automation, and delivering timely insights to CFO/CEO; collaborates with regional finance teams and partnerships with Finance Partners to enable data-driven cost decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end month-end close, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with partners to meet reporting deadlines.
•Manage Australia FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with clear driver explanations.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on sales performance, debtors, and financial scorecards for Australia segments.
•Automate processes and standardize FP&A activities using AI and global tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
•Provide ad-hoc analysis to support CFO/CEO on P&L levers and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5-9+ years of experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis including Consolidation.
•Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (preferred); experience with AI tools and TM1/Workday is a plus.
•Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
•Experience with process simplification and standardization; deep understanding of key business drivers.
