Key Responsibilities

  • •Give proper recognition to Vinyl Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIPs to instill appreciation and patronage.
  • •Serve as an information resource and assist members with reservation timing and overall experience.
  • •Ensure guest safety by proactively interacting, removing hazards, and preventing/ resolving altercations.
  • •Check IDs for guests who appear under 30 when drinking alcoholic beverages, and inspect guests using a metal detector or pat-down search to keep weapons/harmful items out.
  • •Lead guests and employees during emergency evacuation procedures and assist as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •Flexible schedule with ability to work late hours.
  • •3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
  • •Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
