Machine Operator $21.59/hr Monday-Thursday 10 hr shifts

Operate blade manufacturing and heat-treat equipment as part of the Jackson, TN team. Start up and shut down systems, troubleshoot processing issues, monitor high-temperature furnaces and related equipment, and safely move heavy loads using overhead cranes and mobile equipment. Perform cleaning, basic PM, minor changeovers, die-set/tooling adjustments, and quality checks with measuring instruments. Complete required paperwork while maintaining proper lubrication and coolant levels.
