Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior advisor to multinational clients on employee benefits design, operations, financing, and communications.
  • •Manage experienced consultants delivering projects across benefits design, M&A, wellbeing, data & analytics, multinational pooling, captives, and related areas.
  • •Define and execute the advisory services roadmap for global benefits clients and broader regional needs.
  • •Manage development and delivery of innovative advisory solutions for key clients in the region.
  • •Track financial, client, and quality outcomes; monitor market/regulatory/vendor developments and share insights with clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting, broking, health insurance, or healthcare analytics.
  • •Client management experience presenting solutions to multiple senior stakeholders.
  • •Extensive experience working with data and analytics solutions.
  • •Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • •Proven leadership and entrepreneurship skills, with ability to multitask and work under pressure.
