Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day stewardship activities across master data domains to ensure data accuracy, trust, availability, and fit-for-purpose.
  • •Partner with data product owners, governance, stakeholders, data architects, and technology teams to define priorities, requirements, quality rules, SLAs, and remediation workflows.
  • •Define, standardize, measure, and monitor data quality metrics, and build reporting/dashboards to track data quality health and issue resolution.
  • •Identify and maintain critical data elements, definitions, metadata, data dictionaries, and field-level guidance for assigned domains.
  • •Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, trend analysis, root-cause analysis, issue triage, and remediation; support MDM workflow and rule improvements, including integration support and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of relevant experience in data management, data stewardship, master data management, data governance, business analysis, or data quality.
  • •Strong understanding of master data management and data stewardship/data quality management/data governance, including metadata and data lifecycle practices.
  • •Experience with data management systems, MDM platforms, data quality tools, workflow tools, metadata repositories, or enterprise data platforms.
  • •Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with Python, Alteryx, VBA, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
