•Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.

•Support tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS and help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
•Ensure timely, professional candidate communication and assist in providing a smooth, engaging interview experience.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
•Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
•Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleSuite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools is a plus.
