Job Summary

Build and maintain secure, reliable DevSecOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure across Trane’s global digital ecosystem. Drive secure-by-design CI/CD orchestration, infrastructure automation, identity and secrets management, and policy enforcement. Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and enhance secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.
•Implement and maintain DevSecOps solutions using tools such as GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, and Terraform Cloud.
•Develop and optimize CI/CD orchestration workflows using GitHub Actions, YAML, Python, Bash, Jenkins, and agentic AI capabilities (MCP and Agents).
•Integrate automated testing and quality controls, and implement application security controls using SAST tools such as Checkmarx, GitHub Advanced Security, and CodeQL.
•Strengthen platform reliability and observability through monitoring (e.g., New Relic, Datadog), incident support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
•7–10 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role in a development or lead capacity.
•Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing pipelines with Git/GitHub, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
•Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and services like EC2, S3, and RDS.
•Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible), containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/ECS), and security practices/tools (SAST).
