Configurations Manager

Manage configuration management processes to ensure the integrity and performance of project systems. Own and maintain the CMDB with accurate configuration items and relationships, establish configuration baselines, and coordinate configuration control boards. Conduct audits and reviews for compliance, track configuration status and metrics, and resolve discrepancies. Provide training and support to technical staff while collaborating with IT, development, and operations teams to integrate configuration management practices.
