Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of corporate healthcare borrower accounts, proactively monitoring updated financials and credit position.
  • •Review and recommend credit decisions, including defining borrowers/guarantors, determining deal structure, and setting credit terms, covenants, and collateral value.
  • •Partner with Relationship Managers on a coverage team by meeting clients, participating in business development calls, assessing credit viability, and communicating credit events.
  • •Generate commitment letters, provide lending policy interpretation, and perform final risk rating analysis with proper documentation of decisions and modifications.
  • •Collaborate with Credit Analysts to execute portfolio monitoring (including investor group management on the lender portal) and provide mentorship to junior PMs and Credit Analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
  • •At least 8 years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience in Commercial Banking with healthcare sector expertise.
  • •Experience managing an advanced commercial client portfolio with complex credit matters.
  • •Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling, with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • •Ability to partner with deal stakeholders (clients, relationship managers, and credit teams) and work with technology applications.
