Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requests for NCSS and other support areas, including account set-ups, fees, distributions, and ongoing account activity; monitor transactions and overdrafts and resolve issues.
  • •Respond to Account Review Exceptions reports on a timely basis and address compliance issues promptly.
  • •Maintain comprehensive file management by imaging and archiving documentation and ensuring relevant system records are up to date.
