Create, validate, and maintain Master Parts List (MPL) documentation to ensure serviceable parts and configurations are accurate for new product launches and end-of-life support. Partner with cross-functional teams and JDM partners to sign off MPL readiness, support product changes, and perform teardown analysis for spare part offerings. Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement of service readiness processes using tools like PLM/ERP and systems such as Teamcenter.

•Create complete, accurate MPL documentation for new products developed with JDM partners.
•Maintain and update MPLs post-launch, capturing product, component, and configuration changes accurately.
•Review products for MPL readiness and formally sign off MPLs prior to release.
•Deliver service parts readiness for new product introductions and support product change documentation updates.
•Support digitalisation and process transformation by improving MPL creation and service documentation workflows using PLM/ERP and related tools.

Key Requirements

•Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
•Proven experience in service parts, aftersales, service readiness, product lifecycle management, or a related engineering/manufacturing support role.
•Hands-on experience working with parts lists, bills of materials, service documentation, or product configurations.
•Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) or product changes in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
•Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g., Teamcenter or equivalent) and ability to interpret CAD data and drawings.
