•Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to develop, communicate and execute technical strategies that benefit the Banking organization.
•Influence leaders across the organization to drive consistent and efficient technical decisions.
•Stay close to system details by contributing to technical designs and hands-on code contributions.
•Maintain high engineering standards for the team and codebase.
•Grow teammates’ technical breadth and depth through coaching and mentoring, while applying an AI-first mindset across the organization.

•12+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of experience leading large-scale features, including planning, managing and delivering projects with high quality.

•Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.
•Strong track record of helping other engineers grow; Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
