Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion updates and initiatives in products, processes, and policies, including education and training across assigned areas and product sets.
  • •Support consistent delivery of product features and pricing aligned to pre-defined standards for a repeatable customer experience.
  • •Coordinate and oversee risk assessment and control planning/execution for new products and new initiatives.
  • •Oversee national projects, policy changes, and product discussions, including governance oversight for regulatory reporting and escalation to senior management and board committees.
  • •Identify and respond to issues affecting the business line and department within fiduciary governance oversight, recommending plans to eliminate or mitigate observed risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the investment management/advisory, institutional/personal trust, custody, or brokerage industry.
  • •Strong project management skills.
  • •Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to collaborate with and present to senior management.
