Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure execution of standard costing processes, leading relevant costing teams to achieve FOB goals within timelines.
  • •Train Sourcing Operations teams and Tier 1s on cost drivers, costing frameworks/standards, and consistent, accurate cost sheets.
  • •Collect and analyze product/category data for costing projects, and participate as a project member.
  • •Execute costing audits, propose improvement areas with supplier partners, and facilitate adoption of global costing policies, procedures, and new systems.
  • •Collaborate with Development, Materials, and factories to ensure products are developed to cost targets and act as an escalation point for surcharge.

Key Requirements

  • •University or technical degree in apparel, footwear, or manufacturing.
  • •5+ years of experience in the apparel & footwear industry with costing responsibility.
  • •Strong understanding of product construction and manufacturing operations with a focus on product costing and development.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end costing/sourcing processes and regional/global cost drivers.
  • •Strong analytical approach to consolidate and communicate information.
